Thoughts: This whiskey is just a treat from beginning to end.  I do enjoy rye, which the 35% in this recipe really causes it to come through very strongly and adds a lot of depth of flavor.  From sweet to savory and oily, it’s all there.  I honestly think it’s the best option on the shelf for under $50.
