Thoughts: Interesting to taste this with the other Glen Spey distilled on the same day and also in a FF hogshead. This one had a little more chocolate and richness, but it quickly turned sour. To the point where every swallow I wasn’t sure whether I would get hot bitterness or have it slightly tamed and a few notes of fruit and nicer oak came through. Not worth it to have to gamble on every sip.
