Background: This is a 3 year old bourbon whiskey from Eagle Distilled Products in Princeton, Minnesota. I know next to nothing else but it was a cheap airplane bottle from Total Wine so it fit perfectly for this series.

Nose – Pretty light on the nose. Maybe some brown sugar, slight toasted oak, dark chocolate, sour cherries
Taste – Thin caramel, chocolate pudding, brown sugar. Just very thin and not much depth
Finish – Chocolate, tobacco, oak comes in slightly bitter but remains in check

Would I buy a bottle? No
Thoughts: This really wasn’t bad. Not anything complex or very interesting, but surprisingly not offensive or disgusting. I wouldn’t turn it down if someone poured and gave this to me.
