Selection – N/A

ABV – 54.2%

Nose – Toasted bread, cherries, caraway seeds, rye spice, toasted oak. Very savory – like walking into a bakery
Taste – Caramel, waffle cone, sweet bread, cherry, marshmallow, surprisingly thin mouthfeel
Finish – Blast of rye spice, toasted oak, then some juicy fruit comes in on the back.  Heat lingers for a good while

Score: 5
Would I buy a bottle? No

Thoughts: This was a little disappointing.  It didn’t have that heavy taste and feel I would want from a “limited edition” at this price point.  It just felt too light and delicate to really make me enjoy it like I wanted to.  It’s fine bourbon, but I’d be disappointed spending $50 on this, let alone the retail of $130 or secondary over $300.
