Background: This is a bottling from Nuestra Soledad. Coming from the San Baltazar region, it is distilled espadin in a copper pot still by Gregorio “Don Goyo” Martinez Garcia.

Nose – Apple, light mineral, agave, blueberry, lemon peel
Taste – Cinnamon, cream – Like cinnamon toast crunch cereal with milk, blueberry
Finish – Blueberry turns from sweet to tart, pepper and minerality, light salt, crisp and clean though.

Would I buy a bottle? Yes

Thoughts: I love when you get berries ‘n cream in mezcal and this totally bringings it in a tasty, controlled manner.  For around $60, I might need to keep my eye open for a bottle to grab for myself.
