Taste – Cinnamon, cream – Like cinnamon toast crunch cereal with milk, blueberry
Finish – Blueberry turns from sweet to tart, pepper and minerality, light salt, crisp and clean though.

Would I buy a bottle? Yes
Thoughts: I love when you get berries ‘n cream in mezcal and this totally bringings it in a tasty, controlled manner. For around $60, I might need to keep my eye open for a bottle to grab for myself.
