Well priced, high proof, and a 9 year age statement (with selections fairly common at the 15 year range) the stats are all there. This barrel was selected by Bourbon Street Wine and Spirits in New Jersey. Aged for 14 years, 359 days in Warehouse W-X, Floor F-08 and Rick R-051.

Would I buy a bottle? Yes
Thoughts: These old Knob Creek picks offer great value in the bourbon world. The high proof and heavy mouth feel is great and the flavor is there to back it up. It’s nothing mind blowing, but I’d bet this is around the floor for these single barrels, and even then it is tasty.
