Nose – Soured fruit, tart apple, musty grains, cherry lozenges, deli turkey, ethanol is pretty sharp
Taste – Freshly baked cornbread, roasted tree nuts, green apple, burnt caramel
Finish – Very drying, burnt oak really comes in, bitter chocolate and burnt sugar

Would I buy a bottle? No
Thoughts: I swear, I got that cold turkey smell off of this. Overall, it was a bit over the place even after the nose. The oak was just pretty aggressive even for just being 8 years old. Once the finish came around, it was just dry and bitter. Not my cup of tea
