Would I buy a bottle? Might pass on this
Thoughts: This had a really fun sweet and savory balance to it. Bright fruit and confectionary sweetness and then a lot of saltiness that was quite enjoyable. Was just slightly straightforward compared to the last one but still a very tasty whisky. I’ve actually got a Pomerol cask of Bushmills so this will be a good point to try and find some similarities.
